So, although my boyfriend and I won’t be moving in together until May, I think it’s time to let my parents know our plan. They’re kind of traditional, but I am hoping they’ll be understanding since it’ll save me some serious money and they worry a lot about me living alone, so at least I’ll have someone with me 24/7 now. 

Advice please. I won’t be seeing them face-to-face for a few months. What’s the best way to tell them? Just drop it mid conversation? Say I need to have a talk? Have my boyfriend on the phone with me?

Waaah. Help.

Realized I haven’t updated this guy since before break—so just a quick update:

• The boyfriend’s first trip to Ohio=HUGE success. My family/friends loved him and really couldn’t have gone any better. It was so nice to have him there with me and to experience his first Christmas alongside him.
• The other major event that happened over break, one of my best friends got married! It was a gorgeous wedding and so good to be back together with all my favorite people. I think this is the first time since college we’ve been back together again. Someone else needs to get married ASAP so we can do it all over again.
• Now the countdown is on for Israel! I leave March 21st and will be there for ten days. Of course I’m already nervous and am using this as a perfect excuse to buy new clothes. First impressions and everything..right? Totally justified.
